🌙👻 Very scary pitches 👻🌙

Happy Halloween, everyone! Guess what? The pop-up thrift store in the Nest is saving lives. I overheard someone talking to a vendor saying that they were looking for the final piece to their Halloween costume. And just as those words escaped their lips, bam! The top they were looking for, right in front of their eyes. You might (not) be wondering why I was there too — indeed, I was in the same boat as this person. Validating poor time management in a sustainable fashion? Yes please.

Apologies for the sparse pitch list below — stay safe and have fun tonight!

Communism on Campus

How does this political movement translate to UBC’s student community and how does this influence the way these groups approach advocacy, hold space on campus and interact with other student groups? Talk to members of the UBC Revolutionary Communist Party, as well as a UBC faculty expert to look into these questions.
